How this actually works, start to finish
Before you reach out, here's the whole relationship — how we approach your online presence, what you pay for, and what happens if either side ends the agreement.

You contact Noordpunt Studio
By phone, email, or the contact form. This doesn't commit you to anything — it starts a conversation about your business, your current website situation (if any), what you need, whether online booking makes sense for you, and your preferred design and pages.

We discuss the project
Rather than pushing every feature available, we figure out what your business actually needs — a straightforward Website, Website + Booking, a Premium build, and whether ongoing Website Care makes sense for you.

You receive a quote
A clear quote based on the agreed scope: package, pages, features, domain, booking if applicable, price, timeline, and revisions included. A quote is not a contract — nothing is booked or charged at this stage, and you're free to say no.

Agreement
If you'd like to proceed, we go through the agreement together, and a Data Processing Agreement is put in place where applicable. The signed agreement is the final source of truth for your project.

Payment
Payment terms are specified clearly in your individual quote/agreement — this varies by project and hasn't been fixed to one standard schedule. Work begins according to those agreed terms.

Your domain
Noordpunt Studio arranges and connects the domain agreed with you as part of the website service. You don't need to buy or manage it yourself. If the agreement ever ends, the domain is handed over to you.

You provide your business information
Business name, logo, description, services and prices, opening hours, contact details, photos, social links, location, and anything specific to your booking needs. You provide the content and are responsible for its accuracy and that you have the right to use it; we handle the implementation. Delays here can delay the project.

We design and build
Responsive, mobile-optimized, with contact forms, booking functionality if included, and basic SEO foundations. You're not involved in the technical setup — that part is entirely ours to handle.

You review the website
You see the real thing before it's public — text, images, services, prices, layout and booking setup. Up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions are included (text, photo, colour and small layout changes) — a new feature, page, or major functionality isn't automatically part of that and can be quoted separately.

Launch
Once you approve it: final checks, the domain is connected, forms and booking are tested end-to-end, mobile is checked, and the site goes live.

Website Care, if included
If you've added ongoing Website Care, it covers hosting, technical maintenance and troubleshooting, and minor content updates (text, prices, opening hours, existing images). Larger changes or new functionality are quoted separately.
If the agreement ends
What happens either way
You should understand the consequences before you sign, not after.
Your domain
Noordpunt Studio arranges and connects the domain agreed with you, as part of the website service — you don't need to purchase or manage it yourself. If the agreement ends, the domain is handed over to you, so you're free to use it with another provider.
Website transfer
A technical transfer of the website itself to another provider isn't included in the standard service — that's separate from your domain, which is always handed over. Where a website transfer is requested, it's assessed for technical feasibility, agreed separately, and may involve an additional fee — not every setup can be transferred.
If you end the agreement
The agreement has an initial agreed term. After that term, the service can be ended according to the contract. Your website remains available for the paid/agreed service period. Once the service ends, the website may be deactivated according to the agreement. Your domain is handed over to you regardless. Any booking or personal data still held is handled per the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
If Noordpunt Studio ends it
If Noordpunt Studio ever needs to end an agreement, the termination terms in your individual contract apply, including any notice period required there. Noordpunt Studio doesn't shut down a client's website outside of what the contract allows.
