What this page is
This is a plain-language summary of how Noordpunt Studio's managed website service generally works. It is not the full legal agreement — the actual contract and data processing agreement (DPA) are signed individually with each client and take precedence over this page.
The service model
The standard managed service runs on an initial 12-month agreement. During that term, Noordpunt Studio builds and manages your website — handling hosting, the agreed technical services, and maintenance or support according to the package you've chosen — while you pay the agreed setup and/or monthly fees.
Renewal
After the initial term, the agreement can be renewed. If you choose not to renew, the managed service ends according to what's agreed in your contract.
If the service ends
When the managed service ends according to what's agreed in your contract, the website may be deactivated. Technical transfer of the website to another provider isn't included in the standard managed service, but can potentially be offered as a separate paid service where technically feasible.
Data
How customer and booking data is collected, used, and retained is described in the Privacy Policy. Bookings made through your site are not automatically deleted forever the moment they're removed from storage — a copy may still exist in your own or your customer's email inbox, which is outside Noordpunt Studio's control.
