What information is collected

This website collects information you provide directly, through two forms:

• Booking form (including the live demo): name, phone number, email address, appointment date and time, and any optional notes you enter.
• Contact / quote request form: name, email address, and any optional business name, phone number, selected "what do you need?" option, or message you enter.

No information is collected through cookies, analytics or tracking scripts unless explicitly added and disclosed here — none are in use as of the date above. [UPDATE this section if analytics or cookies are added later.]

Why it's collected

Booking details are collected to schedule and manage your appointment, and to send you a confirmation. Contact form details are collected to respond to your enquiry or quote request. Information is not used for marketing, and is not sold.

How it's used and where it's stored

• Bookings are stored in a Supabase database (hosted by Supabase Inc.) and are only accessible via a private, server-side connection — not directly from your browser or by other website visitors.
• Booking and contact form submissions also generate an email sent via Gmail (Google) to the business owner's inbox, and, for bookings, a confirmation email sent to the address you provided.
• The website itself is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web request data (such as IP address) as part of serving the site. [UPDATE with specifics if you enable Vercel Analytics or similar.]

Which services are involved

Data may pass through the following third-party service providers:

• Supabase Inc. — database hosting for booking records
• Google LLC (Gmail) — sending notification and confirmation emails
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting

How long information is kept

Booking records (including bookings made through the live demo) are kept only as long as needed to manage the appointment, and are automatically deleted approximately 1 day after the appointment date. Deleting the stored record doesn't remove any copy that may already exist in your or the business owner's email inbox from the notification/confirmation emails — that copy is outside this website's control and is the recipient's own responsibility.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing ma.contentstudio@gmail.com.
