They open the booking widget on your site and choose a day. Only days you're open show up as choices.

They see real availability
The site checks your live schedule and shows only the time slots that are actually still open — nothing outdated, nothing double-listed.

They choose a time and enter their details
Name, phone number, email, and an optional note. Just enough to confirm the appointment — no account or password required.

The booking is locked in
The moment they confirm, that slot is saved and instantly removed from what other visitors can pick — even if two people try to book it at the exact same second, only one succeeds.

You both get an email
You receive a notification with the customer's details and the appointment time. They receive a confirmation with a booking reference, so there's no confusion later.
What double-booking protection actually means
The rule that a time slot can only be booked once is enforced by the booking system itself, not just by what's shown on screen. That's what makes it reliable even if two people load the page at the same time and both try to grab the last slot — the second one gets a clear "that time was just taken" message and is shown what's still open.
